How To: Smoothie :) -

- So in the weekend I've been living off smoothies :) They're really yummy, and are healthy, so here's what to do.

Chuck a large banana (or two small ones if you're making this for more than one) in a blender (or a jug if you're using a Whizz Stick) and some other fruit (I like kiwifruit, mandarins and mixed berries). Of course you can just do banana, that's your choice.
Then put one pottle thing of fruit yoghurt in (any flavour), and add more if you're doing it for more than one. Add orange juice (optional) and milk, and blend :)

You have to pour it into tall glasses- it's a given. The ones I make (two small bananas, a kiwifruit, a handful of frozen berries and two mandarins) serves two. *In really tall glasses. Or three in shortish glasses.
